GeoSentric Oyj (the “Company”) has received a disclosure notices under chapter
9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act regarding a change in holdings.
According to the notices, the holdings of ANSA McAL Limited, Schroder & Co
(Parent company being Schroders Plc) and Schroder Investment Management Limited
have changed as follows due to an acquisition or disposal of voting rights on
May 14, 2013:

1) ANSA McAL Limited (registered in Trinidad and Tobaco under the registration
number 1024426)

- Basis for the flagging: Disposal of the shares and voting rights. As result
of the disposal the shares and voting rights held by ANSA McAL Limited and the
entities controlled by it (“Ansa Group”)...
