Annual Accounts and Board’s Report 2012 for Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA determined the Annual Accounts and the Board’s Report for 2012 in a board meeting on Wednesday 6 March 2013. The Annual Accounts were determined without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 14 February 2013.

The Annual General Meeting is held on 25 April 2013, and the share will be listed ex dividend on 26 April 2013. The Board has proposed an ordinary dividend per share of NOK 6.85. Dividends are distributed on 8 May 2013 to shareholders as of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
