Annual Accounts and Board’s Report 2014 for Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA determined the Annual Accounts and the Board's Report for 2014 in a board meeting on 11 March 2015. The Annual Accounts were determined without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 4 February 2015.

The Annual General Meeting is held on 23 April 2015, and the share will be listed ex dividend on 24 April 2015. The Board has proposed a total dividend of NOK 2,950 million corresponding to NOK 5.90 per share. The record date is 27 April 2015, and the dividend is paid on 5 May 2015 to shareholders as of the date of the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual Report for 2014 is attached to this announcement and is also published on www.gjensidige.no/reporting. The statements from the Control Committee and the Supervisory Board will be added to the Annual Report which will be re-published on www.gjensidige.no/reporting on the 27 March 2015.
