Annual Accounts and Board’s Report 2014 for Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA determined the Annual Accounts and the Board's Report for 2014 in a board meeting on 11 March 2015. The Annual Accounts were determined without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 4 February 2015.

The Annual General Meeting is held on 23 April 2015, and the share will be listed ex dividend on 24 April 2015. The Board has proposed a total dividend of NOK 2,950 million corresponding to NOK 5.90 per share. The record date is 27 April 2015, and the dividend is paid on 5 May 2015 to shareholders as of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
