Infratek awarded contract in Finland

Infratek, with the business area Central Infrastructure, has been awarded a contract with Finnish distribution net operator, Mäntsälän Sähkö for turnkey delivery of a 110 kV substation.

The substation site lies in the outskirts of Helsinki capital area, approx. 50 km north from Infratek’s Tammisto premises.

The value of the contract is approx. EUR 2.4 million and the work will commence immediately.

The station will be completed and handed over by the end of April 2014. The turn-key delivery includes a new 110 kV switching station, protection and auxiliary systems and 110 kV underground cable connections to the data center of Russian company Yandex.
