Kungsleden divests property and leaves Kristianstad

Kungsleden divests the property Karburatorn 2 in Kristianstad to Trophi Fastighets AB for SEK 73.5 million.

Kungsleden AB (publ) divests the retail property Karburatorn 2 in Kristianstad containing 5,000 sqm of retail space. The property is divested to Trophi Fastighets AB at a price of SEK 73.5 million, which is in line with the book value.

Closing will take place in October 2016. Once all divested properties have been vacated, Kungsleden will own properties in 61 municipalities.
