Kungsleden strengthens within business development
Kungsleden develops and strengthens its organization by setting up a Business Development department headed by Frida Stannow Lind. In her new role as Head of Business Development, Frida will work in close cooperation with the CEO and the Head of Real Estate’s to maximize the profitability of properties and projects, as well as to identify, develop and implement new services and products demanded by tenants.
The Business Development department’s responsibilities include management, coordination and development of activities related to leasing, property development and technical activities within Kungsleden.
Mattias Bergström has been recruited as Head of the newly established Technical department. Mattias joins his service in September when he leaves AMF Fastigheter, where he now works as a Technical Manager and Coordinator of the Technical Managers.
To maintain a high pace in property development and project activities, the organization has been strengthened with Tina Lindh as responsible Property Developer in Gothenburg and Malmö and Arne Pellas as Project Manager in Stockholm and Mälardalen.
Tina’s most recent position was at Castellum in Malmö, where she was Project Manager. Arne Pellas has a long and solid experience from commercial projects and most recently had a position at CM-projekt as Project Manager. Both took office in early April 2018.
