Lena Bredberg appointed as Head of Leasing

Kungsleden increases its focus on the leasing process and appoints Lena Bredberg as Head of Leasing. Lena will assume her new role on January 1, 2016.

Kungsleden AB (publ) has during the past year improved the level of quality in the property portfolio and will before the end of the year reach a property value of SEK 27 billion, of which 40 per cent is located in Stockholm. A greater focus is now put on the leasing process by appointing Lena Bredberg as Head of Leasing.

In her new role, Lena will be responsible for the long-term and strategic cultivation of the leasing market in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Eskilstuna, and other prioritised cities. Lena will lead, coordinate and support Kungsleden’s Leasing Group in their efforts to find the right customers to Kungsleden’s vacant premises.

Lena has 25 years of experience from the property market and has worked with leasing of office and retail space for 15 years. She has held the position as Head of Leasing at GE Capital Real Estate and worked at JLL as well as Skandia Fastigheter before she joined Kungsleden in 2013.
