Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute offers internationally recognized Cuisine and Pastry Courses and Diplomas which can be combined in the Grand Diplôme and the unique Grand Diplôme Professionnel combining 3 terms of top cuisine and pastry classes with a 3-month internship in a top hotel or restaurant in Canada
