Other information: The number of shares for distribution in total and per outstanding share will be decided based on the shares' volume weighted average price on the Oslo Stock Exchange five trading days before the general meeting, and will be announced at the latest the day of the annual general meeting. The last day of the valuation period will due to practical reasons be 25 May 2018. Fractional shares will not be distributed. The number of shares each shareholder registered in the VPS will receive will be rounded up to the nearest number of whole shares.
