Norway Royal Salmon: Mandatory notification of trade – acquired treasury shares

Norway Royal Salmon ASA (NRS) today exercised its contractual right to purchase 300,000 treasury shares at a price of NOK 184.00 and an existing TRS (Total Return Swap) is reduced by the same number of shares. Following this transaction, NRS holds 363,189 treasury shares and has contractual rights to 1,475,377 treasury shares, constituting 4.22 percent of the issued share capital.
