NPRO – Enters into new lease contract for Monier – Verkstedveien 1 at Skøyen

Norwegian Property has entered into a lease contract with Helsedirektoratet (Norwegian Directorate of Health) for an area of 7 559 square meters in Verkstedveien 1 at Skøyen. The lease length is 5.2 years and the tenant is expected to move in during November 2015. The space will be used by e-helse, which is a division in Helsedirektoratet. The organisation is today located in Pilestredet and Universitetsgata in the city center of Oslo.

Monier – Verkstedveien 1 has one of the most attractive locations at Skøyen, close to public communication. The building is a new build with high degree of energy efficiency (passive house). Total space is 31 700 square meters, and including this new lease contract total letting ratio is approximately 70 per cent. Norwegian Property has previously entered leases with Statens Pensjonskasse, Sektor Gruppen, PA Consulting and Exponova.
