The special examination of Obducat, initiated by a couple of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and commenced in August, has now been completed. Joakim Edoff, lawyer at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå in Gothenburg, was instructed by the County Administrative Board to undertake the special examination. The Board of Directors will study the contents of the special examination report received by the Company, and by Monday, December 6 at the latest disclose more detailed information to the public.

However, the Company can today state that the special examiner finds that the examination has not revealed any serious errors or discrepancies in the areas that were examined. Henri Bergstrand, Obducat’s Chairman of the Board, further notes that the special examiner in his report points out that he does not consider it necessary for Obducat to address any special matters as a result of the examination.
