NONG – Contemplating new Tier 2 bond issue

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge (the "Bank") currently considers issuing a new dated Tier 2 bond of NOK 350 million.

The bond issue was authorized in the meeting of the Supervisory Board (Representantskapet) in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge on the 25th of March 2014. The approval and accompanying guidelines related to the issuance were given by letter from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) as of 22 May 2014.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway also gave the Bank approval to call NONG47 PRO (ISIN: NO 0010524457).
