Storebrand ASA: Notification of transaction Storebrand ASA

In relation to Storebrand's share purchase scheme for employees, bonus scheme for the Group's executive management and remuneration paid as shares for the Group's executive management Storebrand ASA has sold a total of 431 334 shares to employees at NOK 32,62 per share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 1 631 387 own shares.  

There is also conducted a minor correction of the number of shares allocated to Executive Vice President Staffan Hansén in relation to the stock exchange release published on 17 March 2016. Hansén was allocated 12 337 shares in the bonus scheme for executive management. After this transaction Staffan Hansén holds a total of 26 218 shares.
