    Sandnes, Norway, 29 April 2024: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.192 per share for the first quarter of 2024, as of today, 29 April. With reference to the stock market announcement on 23 February, the Board of Vår Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.192 per share, 2,975,716,245 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q1 2024.     Vår Energi ASA: Shares allocated to primary insiders as part of the long-term incentive program

    Sandnes, Norway, 24 April 2024: As part of Vår Energi ASA’s (OSE: VAR) long-term incentive (LTI) program for executive committee, a total number of 520 807 shares at an average price of 36.3278 NOK per share have been allocated. Under the program, the executive committee can be awarded between 12.5% to 45% of their base salary in restricted shares. The CEO can be awarded between 50% to 100% of his base salary.     New oil discovery in the North Sea

    Vår Energi confirms discovery of oil in the Balder area in the Central North Sea. The latest Ringhorne North exploration well in production license (PL 956) was successful with estimated recoverable resources of between 13 and 23 million barrels of oil.     Dry wells in the Balder Area

    Sandnes, Norway, 22 January 2024: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) confirms drilling operations on the exploration wells targeting the Hubert and Magellan prospects in PL 917 has been concluded. The objective of the wells was to prove petroleum in the Hubert prospect in the Paleocene Hermod Formation, and in the Magellan Prospect in Eocene Injectites in the Balder Formation. No producible reservoir was observed, and the wells are classified as dry. The wells will be permanently plugged and abandoned. Vår Energi holds a 40% share in license PL 917 (operator), with AkerBP 40% and Equinor 20%.
