WINCHESTER’S ‘FITTEST DENTIST’ TAKES ON TRIATHLON FOR CHARITY

Winchester dentist, Mark Aston, is about to tackle his second endurance event of the year to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. With a gruelling 190 mile cross-country cycle ride under his belt, Mark will now tackle a two day 105 mile triathlon, by foot, bike and kayak across the Scottish Highlands in Rat Race’s Coast to Coast race . Mark has been training by running or cycling the 13 mile commute to work at City Bridge Dental Care  in Winchester. He is pairing up with his friend, John Knight, a consultant
