Swedish Export Credit Corporation announces organizational changes
Swedish Export Credit Corporation (SEK) has decided on organizational changes within the company. Three new posts are set up, Head of Business Development, Business Support and Transformation, CFO and Executive Vice President with responsibility for Strategic Partnerships and Relationships.
SEK’s mission is to ensure access to financial solutions for the Swedish export industry on commercial and sustainable terms. The starting point for SEK’s strategy is to grow by giving more companies access to the export credit system. That presumes customer-driven digitalisation, new ways of working and cooperation with other actors.
Three new posts in Management
The organizational change include three new posts. Per Åkerlind, Executive Vice President and Head of Finance at SEK takes the role as Executive Vice President with responsibility for Strategic Partnerships and Relationships. Stefan Friberg, former Chief Risk Officer at SEK is appointed CFO, and Susanna Rystedt, former Chief Administrative Officer is appointed Head of Business Development, Business Support and Transformation. As the new posts are introduced, Head of Finance and Chief Administrative Officer are removed. The Finance and Administrative Office units will report to the CFO.
An additional change is that the Head of Sustainability will report to Executive Vice President instead of CEO. Until further notice, Irina Slinko is appointed acting Chief Risk Officer.
The organizational changes will enter into force on January 1st, 2019.
