AcadeMedia acquires Winford College, broadening its Dutch business
AcadeMedia has acquired all shares in Winford College BV. The acquisition includes compulsory and upper secondary school and broadens AcadeMedia’s existing business in the Netherlands to include education from preschool to upper secondary school. Winford College had a turnover in 2022/23 of approximately EUR 13.6 million and EBITDA of approximately EUR 2.0 million.

With the acquisition, AcadeMedias international business make up roughly 25 percent of total turnover. The Dutch business will after the acquisition consist of 20 units, 10 preschools and 10 compulsory and upper secondary schools.

Winford College run ten schools and specializes in individualised learning and bilingual teaching. During the 2022/23 fiscal year, the company had approximately 600 students.
Winford College had a turnover in 2022/23 of approximately EUR 13.6 million and EBITDA of approximately EUR 2.0 million. The operation is primarily financed by parental fees.
