Change in the number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia

The number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia has changed in December 2017 as a result of the rights issue previously announced. The total number of shares in AcadeMedia has increased by 10,513,888 shares, corresponding to 10,513,888 votes.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 105,303,885 shares in AcadeMedia. 105,138,885 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 165,000 shares are C shares with one tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company is 105,155,385.
