Information on the decided division of shares (share split 50:1)

In accordance with the decision made on the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Acast AB (”Acast”) on May 25, 2021, a division of Acast’s shares will be implemented, whereby each existing share will be divided into 50 shares (so called share split 50:1). The division will not affect Acast’s share capital.

The AGM resolved to set the record date of the share split to occur on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.In connection with the share split, Acast shares will have a new ISIN code: SE0015960935.

Shareholders do not need to take any action due to the division of the company’s shares. After the division of shares, Acast’s total number of shares will increase from 2,652,633 shares to 132,631,650 shares.
