Access Group partners with GBGroup to provide integrated pre-employment checking service

Colchester UK, 1 July 2014 – Mid-market business software company Access Group has entered a strategic partnership with GBGroup (GBG) to provide a pre-employment checking service as part of its HR and candidate management solution, SelectHR.

Through seamless integration with SelectHR, KnowYourPeople (KYP) will allow clients to easily access the online checking service. Assisting organisations to make intelligent hiring decisions, HR professionals will be able to better manage the risks involved in recruitment, ensuring they employ the right people, in the right roles, as quickly as possible.

Through KYP, organisations are able to check the identity of individuals, including bank account verification and validation checks, basic criminal record checks, driving licence checks, as well as to check for PEP, sanctions, enforcements and document image validation to support the right-to-work process.
