Access Group shortlisted in Software Satisfaction Awards

Colchester, UK – 28th October 2013 – Access Group (Access) is celebrating today after further award success. The UK-based enterprise software company has been shortlisted in the business intelligence (BI) category for its Access Insight product, and in the mid-tier financial and ERP category for Access Dimensions.

This is the fourth award Access has been recognised for so far this year with other shortlisted entries in The National Business Awards, The British Accountancy Awards, and The Manufacturer of the Year awards. On receiving the nomination CEO Chris Bayne commented, “It’s always nice to be recognised in industry awards, but this one is particularly special as it’s voted for by users of our software.”

Access Insight is a relatively new product for Access, having been added to the portfolio in July 2012 following the acquisition of French-based Prelytis. “To be recognised for business intelligence with Access Insight demonstrates how important data is to the UK mid-market,” continued Chris. “In Access Dimensions we have a great financial product which continues to deliver efficiency and cost savings to its users, and in Access Insight we have a very powerful BI tool which can draw real-time data allowing businesses to make the right decisions.”

In this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards more than 5,000 users rated 12,000 products in an online survey across nine business software categories.
