Colchester, UK – 22 May 2013 – Access Group is to speak at the HR Software Show (HRSS), Olympia London, where it will also be exhibiting its HR solutions on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th June. Based on Access’ most recent whitepaper ‘Dispelling the Myth: Talent Management in the Mid-Market’ the seminar will take place on the Thursday at 12:00pm.

Ben Myhill, Senior Sales Consultant for Access who will be presenting at the event, comments, “Mid-sized enterprises tend to assume that talent management is too expensive, unnecessary or really the domain of large enterprises. This couldn’t be further from the truth and those organisations that are recognising the importance of performance management are seeing the results in their bottom line.

“Organisations that fail to attract, retain and develop their talent risk missing opportunities for growth and market expansion. We hope that people will come along to the presentation, ask questions and discuss this very important topic. The future of their business is hinged on the talent that they employ; its success counts on them being given the opportunity and framework in which to help the organisation achieve its goals.”

Mid-sized businesses (MSBs) have many advantages in that they are more agile, responsive and innovations can be introduced faster than their larger counterparts. With the help of technology they can better support their talent to take on the challenges faced in today’s environment and see them – and the business – flourish.

Ben will talk about how technology can help and provide insight into the issue. The full report ‘Dispelling the Myth: Talent Management in the Mid-Market’ can be downloaded to gain background detail on the topic and Ben will be ready to debate and answer questions during the seminar, making it an interactive session.

Access will be on stand H45 at the exhibition with its team of experts on hand to discuss how HR software can help address the people management needs of businesses. Alternatively, visit Access’ website for more information on its Human Capital Management solutions.
