Access Group is to attend this year's Ecommerce Expo on the 30th September and 1st of October, Olympia Hall, London on Stand 120, bringing with them warehouse management solution, Access Delta. Access Group’s team will be in attendance for those in the industry who are looking to grow their ecommerce presence, efficiency and delivery of exceptional customer services.

Access is giving brands the opportunity to witness the benefits first hand of their integrated warehouse management solution, Access Delta. A good WMS is key to many organisations’ online success, with a clear focus on cost saving, efficiencies and embracing the crucial role of customer experience and service.

Ian Roper, supply chain solutions divisional director for Access Group, elaborates, "This year we're seeing a lot of success from our users who are making names for themselves worldwide and who are competing with the current giants. Smaller and medium sized organisations who are implementing warehouse management solutions are seeing their market share grow through direct competition and disruption of their peers.”

Key ecommerce statistics from Ofcom’s Communication Market Report highlights the rate of ecommerce growth sits hand-in-hand with more customers preferring to shop by mobile (40% of shoppers). There is an also a 4% growth in the ecommerce market compared to the previous year, where 2014 saw ecommerce valued at £104 billion. Over 60% of respondents also stated that a supplier who can offer tracking of parcels/goods in real time was a key feature when buying.

Ian continues, “A great number of success stories come from customers who have looked beyond the conventional means of efficiently running an operation with an increase of savings and a reduction in manual processes. We're seeing real innovation with those who have taken efficient processes to a new level, delivering strong, competitive customer service.

Access Group wants to open up this opportunity to as many businesses as possible. The Access Group team will be available at Ecommerce Expo 2015 to elaborate further on opportunities for ecommerce success, on the 30th September and 1st of October on Stand 120.
