Access is continuing its accelerated move into the cloud marketplace with the launch of aCloud CRM

Colchester, UK – 06 March 2013 – Access is continuing its accelerated move into the cloud marketplace with the launch of aCloud CRM; a SaaS CRM platform offering sales, marketing, support and customer service/call centre automation. aCloud CRM is the latest addition to Access’ recently launched cloud platform and is available as a stand-alone product or integrated with other aCloud products and / or on-premise solutions such as Access Dimensions.

aCloud CRM drives sales performance by allowing businesses to track and share contacts and opportunities, manage and up sell into existing accounts, forecast revenue, monitor performance through dashboards, and manage quotes and contracts, through the Access aCloud platform.

Stuart Allsopp, chief technology officer at Access, said, “aCloud CRM is the next generation of CRM, managing not only your customers but all elements of your organisation including staff, call-centres and marketing. This further development of our cloud platform offers a great opportunity for both existing and new customers to reap the benefits of effective and efficient CRM.”

aCloud CRM is Access’ latest addition to its SaaS platform, following the announcement of the aCloud platform and the launch of aCloud Insight in January. “By offering a range of products that can either be used solely in the cloud, or integrate with existing on-premise solutions we’re giving our customers what they want, whether it’s to move completely to a hosted solution or have a system part on-premise and part in the cloud,” continued Stuart.

Access provides solutions that meet the needs of the whole organisation, delivering full transparency and visibility of information across every department to aid with quality decision support. Access helps organisations improve performance, profitability and efficiency by delivering an integrated solution suite spanning finance, HR, professional services automation, and manufacturing.

Additional modules on the aCloud platform will be launched in the coming months. For more information on aCloud CRM, visit http://www.accessacloud.com. For further details on Access and its solution portfolio contact Diana Ellul-Grech on 0845 345 3300 or visit http://www.theaccessgroup.com
