BH Live bring HR in-house with Access SelectHR
The award winning venues organisation BH Live is creating a fully integrated in-house HR service with the Access Group to respond to the changing needs of its organisation, by investing in Access SelectHR. The organisation will roll out human resource control and management in-house, whilst enabling remote access to key information organisation-wide.
Jitendra Chauhan, Director of Finance & Corporate Services for BH Live explains, "To support our teams, who are geographically widespread, we wanted a secure web based system that was easy to use and enabled easy access to key management information."
He adds, "Our managers rely on systems that support and are intuitive to their needs. The SelectHR system will enhance the workflow of documents and support managers in managing their teams, using a self-service model. We are encouraged by the ability to use the on-boarding element of SelectHR to enable us, to engage with individuals before they join the organisation," he adds, referring to the recruitment module.
Efficient working is important to BH Live. Having information centralised, with the ability to extract data quickly and simply, and reduce paperwork are all benefits they require. The ability to have a system that is flexible to reflect its needs and workflow process was an added attraction.
