Oliver James Associates (OJA), the market leading recruitment specialists for financial services, are to invest in an ERP solution from Access Group to ensure their five year growth plan has scalability to provide global businesses management. To support this the firm will integrate finance and professional services automation solution, Access Dimensions & Access FocalPoint, Access Document Management and HR and payroll solution Access SelectHR and SelectPay.
Graeme Edwards, head of finance for Oliver James Associates Limited, explains, “The business has significant growth aspirations over the next five years. To support growth we need to ensure that we have the right infrastructure in place. As a result we have invested in Access Group’s business-wide ERP system to future proof our strategy.”
Access Group’s solution suited OJA because it could be implemented on a global level. The solution will offer the business a scalable ERP solution to continue to support the businesses demand for management information and efficiencies, while offering flexibility to evolve with the increasingly complex needs of the organisation. Graeme adds, “With Access we will have seamless integration not only amongst the various back office solutions but with the front-of-house CRM solution and business information tools.”
Enhanced management information will drive operational efficiencies, improve decision making and streamline processes through the consolidation and integration of data allowing for informed decision making thanks to drill-down reports. “We partnered with Access Group as they are a leading provider of finance solutions. They clearly took the time to get to understand the business and our requirements and used this knowledge to provide insightful demonstrations,” he continues.
“As one of the few genuine market leaders in financial services recruitment, we are committed to ensuring our operational systems deliver unparalleled support to our teams. We selected Access Group for their outstanding reputation, functionality and reliability, and trust that this system will considerably improve our efficiency," concludes Graeme.
