Innovista utilises donor tracking with Access thankQ

Innovista have recently reviewed their current CRM system to discover a lack of support and development made available to them. The review has prompted for an investment in Access thankQ, to manage their CRM, finance, fundraising, marketing and data management following a proposed three year growth plan.

Robin Peake, Communications and Development Manager for Innovista explains, "Our previous supplier wasn't giving us the support or services we needed. This wasn't making it any easier for us to grow and engage with our community."

He continues, "We found Access through a survey in a reputable charity magazine, thankQ rated highly against other leading charity CRM systems. We continued our research with thankQ, where we learnt the system had great feedback, reviews and testimonials from their users - even from charities who don't use thankQ."

Robin elaborates, "We're looking at building strong relationships with our supporters that reflect back to them just how grateful we are for their support, that makes such a difference, and that makes their giving experience an enjoyable one." By having visibility over important information, Innovista can improve engagement with their community.

"We're now looking to grow our regular income with thankQ over the next three years, we couldn't plan for that with our previous system. We did our research and other Christian charities admired thankQ for its application and functionality, we are confident in thankQ's ability to perform," he continues.

"We plan on using the system for our marketing; Mail Chimp's direct API integration, CRM for financial management, reporting and fundraising. The reports offer us the ability to identify and manage regular donors, whilst the Mail Chimp integration will also help us engage with those donors and extend our community. We can manage our online donations through thankQ's fundraising integration. We can then consolidate, search and analyse on all our data when needed," comments Robin on Innovista's initial plans with thankQ.

"We were impressed with the staff, feedback and support from everyone at thankQ. We're really excited about the usability and support," states Robin.

Robin concludes, "thankQ had a great reputation throughout the NFP sector and had impressive charity feedback. We're looking forward to having a functional system to better manage our data and secure our growth with. We're really excited to get the system going, and start tracking progress immediately."

Rob Barr, Access' NFP Divisional Director, comments, "What we offer with thankQ is a versatile CRM, fundraising and membership system. Innovista understood that to support their growth, they needed a reliable and scalable solution. Something that surprisingly their previous system could not offer. With the organisation's three year plan, they have their bases covered. If they need to upscale, thankQ's agility can account for that too, with the likes of membership, social media, web and mobile integration, the potential is there for on-going support in Innovista's future."
