US, California based, La Sierra University has invested in Access thankQ CRM solution from Access Group, as chosen by University of Cambridge (UK). The CRM will manage, grow and streamline the University’s fundraising, alumni and engagement efforts by offering ease of use, increased visibility and greater control over management information to better engage with their community.

Cassandra Hicks, director of prospect research for La Sierra University explains, “When we received a demo from Access Group, we were immediately impressed with their customer service, support and understanding. The Access thankQ CRM immediately stood out from the other solutions we looked into.”

La Sierra University became familiar with Access Group through the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Having had a demo backed with a referral from fellow California based Scripps College, La Sierra University selected Access Group as their new CRM partner as the solution offered easy to use functionality that would empower the team. It proved cost effective with visible ROI around time saving and a dedicated support and customer service team on hand if required.

Cassandra concludes, “We will be saving a considerable amount of money over our previous solution, as well as saving hours of our time. With the new CRM, we will have ease of use and access to streamlined management information in real-time. This will empower our development officers, who will be able to take ownership of their objectives and better communicate and engage with our audiences and fundraising goals.”
