The Royal Dublin Society (RDS), the prestigious Irish membership-based philanthropic organisation, has selected Access Group to implement Access thankQ CRM and ticketing and ePos solution Access Gamma. The software will streamline and improve its membership service provision and it’s delivery of programmes to its beneficiaries through increased control of management information and membership activity.

The implementation of Access thankQ CRM and Access Gamma will enable seamless streams of data to increase the productivity and quality of engagement for members and will help reduce fragmented data. This will allow the organisation greater control and visibility of data. RDS were impressed with Access Group’s ability to deliver a solution that suited their requirements and was backed up by strong testimonials from Canal & River Trust and Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, who are existing Access Group clients.

Access Gamma will benefit RDS by being able to effortlessly and efficiently collate information from various sources, such as food and beverage credit balances at the member’s restaurant, to provide detailed management information across the organisation. The stream of data from Access Gamma and Access thankQ CRM will open up key information for greater decision making capabilities that will benefit members and beneficiaries.

Joanna Quinn, foundation director for RDS, explains, “We are excited to partner with Access Group and look forward to empowering the team with a sophisticated system to deliver better quality services to the society’s members and beneficiaries.”

Rob Barr, Access Group’s not-for-profit divisional director, comments, “We’re seeing organisations such as RDS looking for new ways to offer more to their audiences. Behaviour and engagement data will flow from both systems allowing for insight into the organisation's audience. We expect to see continued success and increased engagement, while reducing costs and streamlining management processes following the implementation.”
