Top 200 law firm chooses Access HR system to support talent management
Colchester UK, 10 July 2013 – Taylor Vinters, a next-generation law firm, is to implement SelectHR from Access Group to help support the growing business, which currently has more than 200 entrepreneurial staff across offices in London, Singapore and Cambridge.

“The new system has a modern feel and will be quicker and more straightforward to use, as well as customisable,” said Alix. “Access SelectHR will help us to automate many of our processes and provide managers with direct access to their team information; we’ll be more easily able to manage part-time staff too.”
Working with partners that had experience of integrating systems was also important to Taylor Vinters. “We like the relationship between Access and Action File’s payroll bureau, which we’re looking to integrate; they’re both specialists in their areas. The overall system will not only support the HR department but the whole business, helping to improve efficiency as a result,” concluded Alix.
