Colchester UK, 14 February 2013 – Top 20 research agency 2CV is to implement SaaS-based aCloud Capture from Access Group (Access), helping it move towards full purchase-to-pay (P2P) automation. The solution, which integrates with Access Dimensions, will help replace the agency’s manual invoice processes.

Alison Drake, finance director for 2CV, commented, “We receive a lot of repeat supplier invoices so we want to automate this process as much as possible; aCloud Capture to help us achieve this, saving the finance team valuable time.

“This will allow us to make far better use of our current resources and delay the need to take on additional staff. With aCloud Capture we can keep costs to a minimum and implement it quickly with the opportunity to scale over time.”

Capture, which is part of the aCloud platform launched by Access at the end of 2012, allows the capture of invoice data automatically so there’s no rekeying, helping to reduce mistakes and saving time and money. Fast and easy to implement, it means invoices can be processed in minutes rather than hours, effectively automating the accounts payable process.

This will help businesses like 2CV to eliminate late payment penalties, secure early payment discounts and avoid having to ask suppliers for copies of lost invoices and chasing paper invoices internally. Capture is integrated with the growing aCloud platform which currently includes Portal for faster invoice approval and payment, Expense for rapid expense submission and Document, providing a cost effective cloud-based document management system.

Part of Cello Group, 2CV has been using Dimensions, SelectHR, and SelectPay from Access for a number of years and is one of a growing number of early adopters choosing aCloud solutions.
