STOCKHOLM – 19 November 2025, Aceve, the vertical SaaS leader in the construction and skilled-trades industry, today announces a strategic expansion of its People & Culture leadership as the company continues to grow across countries and brands.

From 1 January 2026, Charlotte Kure Juul will join Aceve as Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO). She brings more than 20 years of experience in people leadership and organisational development. She has led global people functions and supported leadership teams through growth, transformation and scale-up phases. Her work has centred on developing leadership capability, establishing clear people processes and ensuring that organisations have the structure and support needed to perform and evolve.

“I look forward to joining Aceve and collaborating with colleagues across the group. My focus will be on leadership capability, engagement and building a clear and consistent culture that supports the company’s direction and growth,” says Charlotte Kure Juul.

In her new role, she will lead Aceve’s work in leadership development, employee engagement and organisational culture across the group. The appointment reflects Aceve’s continued focus on building a strong foundation for the company’s long-term development.

“This is not a replacement but an investment, a step that strengthens both our operational HR foundation and our long-term focus on people, leadership and culture,” says Claus Thorsgaard, CEO of Aceve. “Charlotte brings solid experience from international organisations and a practical approach to developing leaders and building effective people practices. Her background will be valuable as we continue to grow Aceve, and I’m pleased to welcome her to the team.”

Current Chief Human Resources Officer, Beatrice Lönnqvist-Rodeblad will return to Aceve in September next year, following parental leave, to lead HR operations in a new role and support the continued development of the company’s HR operations.
