Change in the Group Management Team of Adapteo: Magnus Tinglöf appointed as Executive Vice President of Business Area Permanent Space

The Board of Directors of Adapteo Plc (“Adapteo”) has appointed Mr Magnus Tinglöf as Executive Vice President of Business Area Permanent Space and a member of the Group Management Team of Adapteo. Mr Tinglöf has also been appointed as the Managing Director of the Adapteo group company Flexator AB.
Mr Tinglöf currently serves as the Managing Director of Elitfönster Industri and Executive Managing Director of Etrifönster AB and as a member of the Board of Directors of SSC Skellefteå AB and SSC Skellefteå Snickericentral Ekonomisk förening. Previously, he has served as the Executive Managing Director of Elitfönster På Plats AB. In addition, he has held various positions at Telesteps AB and at Cloetta AB.
Mr Tinglöf will assume his position during the fourth quarter of 2019. Mr Björn Kölerud will continue as Interim Executive Vice President, Permanent Space Business Area, the interim CEO of Flexator AB and member of the Group Management Team of Adapteo until further notice.
