Addnode Group acquires software company Adtollo and strengthens its position as a leading provider of solutions for plans and designs of communities
Stockholm September 22, 2017 - Addnode Group has acquired the Swedish software company Adtollo, which develops efficient solutions for plans and designs of communities and cities. The company has 16 employees and has a turnover of approximately SEK 24 million.
Since 1993, Adtollo has provided modern tools for the community building process and developed systems for the map and construction industry. The company delivers, among other things, the proprietary CAD system Topocad to over 100 Swedish municipalities and several of the Nordic region's leading construction companies.

Completion will take place on October 2, 2017 and Adtollo will be part of Addnode Group's Process Management business area.
