Addnode Group delivers document and case management system and e-archive to Statistics Sweden (SCB)

STOCKHOLM, 17 October, 2013 - Ida Infront AB, a subsidiary of Addnode Group, will deliver a new document and case management system and e-archive to the government agency Statistics Sweden (SCB). The contract runs for three years with a value of SEK 9M. Approximately 1,400 employees at Statistics Sweden will use the solution and it will give the agency support for tasks such as case management, document and workflow management, e-archive and workflows.

The procurement was carried out by renewed competition within the supply framework for e-Government services and included live demonstrations and individual test runs. Ida Infront was named the winner after having received the highest scores in the evaluation of functionality, demonstration and tests and had also the lowest price.

Statistics Sweden (SCB) will with iipax have a modern solution for case management, document and workflow, archive management and e-archives that takes into account the e-Governments’ future development of e-services, automated feeds and web publishing. The solution will manage documents and files throughout their lifecycle, from documents being created or received all the way to being archived or discarded.
