Addnode Group has completed the acquisition of Symetri, a UK market-leading provider of IT solutions for design and engineering businesses

STOCKHOLM, June 2, 2014 – Addnode Group has of today, according to the previously announced conditions and timeframe, completed the acquisition of the UK based Symetri’s business from Airbus Defence and Space.

A preliminary purchase price allocation is expected to be communicated in Addnode Group’s interim report for the period 1 January – 30 June 2014, which will be presented on 18 July, 2014.
