Aretro Capital Group and Vidinova AB have issued call options to senior executives in Addnode Group AB

Stockholm, May 12, 2017

Addnode Group's newly-appointed CEO, as well as the Presidents for Business areas Design Management and Process Management, have acquired a total of 140,000 call options for B shares in Addnode Group AB (publ) at market terms. The call options were issued by Addnode Group AB's main shareholder Aretro Capital Group AB and Vidinova AB. Each call option entitles the holder to purchase a share in Addnode Group in cash during the period 25 April to 25 May 2020. The price of the call options has been determined according to the Black & Scholes model.

Addnode Group AB's (publ) Board has been informed of the offer. Addnode Group AB (publ) is not a contractual party and will not be charged by any costs for the options that Aretro Capital Group AB and Vidinova AB exhibited.
