STOCKHOLM, March 9, 2015 - The previously announced letter of allotment by the City of Gothenburg to Kartena, a subsidiary of Addnode Group, regarding a planning and monitoring system for the welfare area, has been appealed on the basis of the terms of the Public Procurement Act.
