AddSecure acquires 24 Safety Oy’s alarm transmission business

Through the acquisition, AddSecure will further strengthen its position within Smart Alarms in Finland.

AddSecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure data and critical communications, today announced the acquisition of the alarm transmission business from the Finnish security company 24 Safety Oy. Through the acquisition, AddSecure strengthens its Smart Alarms offering in Finland.

24 Safety Oy provides full-service solutions that enable secure alarm transmission and develops tailored technical safety system and service solutions, for both companies and private homes.
