AddSecure acquires iZafe AB from iZafe Group

Through the acquisition, AddSecure strengthens its Smart Rescue offering further and becomes a leader in Sweden in personal safety and solutions for lone workers.

AddSecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure data and critical communications, announced today that it is acquiring the business unit iZafe Security (iZafe AB) från iZafe Group (NASDAQ First North: IZAFE B). Through the acquisition of iZafe AB, a leader in personal security, AddSecure strengthens both its Smart Rescue offering and its strategy to become a leading provider of smart and secure communication solutions in Europe.

iZafe AB provides a wide range of personal alarms that increase safety in the workplace and among the customers are over 90 municipalities and several large companies.

iZafe Group AB will, with the sale, focus on the Healthcare business unit and thus become a pure Life Science company.

iZafe AB will be integrated into AddSecure and become part of the company's Smart Rescue offering.
