AddSecure enters new IoT vertical through acquisition of Clifford Group
AddSecure will acquire Clifford Group, a leading telematics company providing mobile security and connected mobility solutions. The acquisition marks the entrance into a new IoT vertical, connected mobility, and the establishment of a new business unit, Smart Mobility.
AddSecure, a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, today announced that it will acquire Clifford Group, a leading multi-brand telematics company providing certified, advanced mobile security and connected mobility solutions in the Benelux.
Through the acquisition, AddSecure enters new IoT verticals, combining connected mobility and mobile security solutions, and establishes a new business unit, Smart Mobility. This further strengthens AddSecure’s position as a leading provider of IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions in Europe, helping new and existing customers to manage their mobile assets.
