The Nordic company AddSecure acquires Chiron Security Communications, an AoIP company that operates across Europe and beyond. Through the acquisition, AddSecure takes a big step towards their goal, to be the leading supplier of secure communication for alarm and IoT solutions in Europe.
AddSecure, consisting of the three former companies Multicom Security, Safetel and Securinet, today announce that they will acquire the Chiron Security Communications. Chiron has designed and developed communication systems for the security industry for over 27 years. "We are proud and happy that AddSecure saw the potential in our Company", says Ian Tredinnick, CEO at Chiron. "With a strong focus on customer needs, I am sure that AddSecure is best suited to take this to the next level."
The combination of the two companies is supported by both management teams that see a significant synergy, both through market base and new technologies.
