Addtech acquires Elkome Group Oy

Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Elkome Group Oy (”Elkome”).

Elkome develops, integrates and delivers solutions for applications in industrial IoT primarily for industrial production, smart cities and infrastructure. The offering includes customized computer systems, test systems, info kiosks, software, sensors and industrial communication. The Company has 38 employees and sales of around EUR 8M.

Elkome will very effectively complement Addtech´s current operations in the business area Automation.

The closing is expected to take place beginning of April and is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the next financial year.
