Addtech acquires Impulseradar Sweden AB

Addtech Industrial Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 88 percent of the shares outstanding in Impulseradar Sweden AB (“Impulse”).

Impulse is a leading developer and manufacturer of ground radar instruments and related software that enables investigation and mapping of features and structures below the surface. The equipment is used in several application areas such as infrastructure projects, road and bridge inspections and utility mapping. Impulse has its head office in Malå with a subsidiary in the USA. The company sells its products globally through a network of distributors.

Impulse complements Addtech's existing operations which are conducted within the Industrial Solutions business area and in the infrastructure segment. Impulse has 27 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 80 million.

The closing takes place today. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
