    Addtech acquires Impulseradar Sweden AB

    Addtech Industrial Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 88 percent of the shares outstanding in Impulseradar Sweden AB (“Impulse”).     The original press release stated that each call option entitles the holder to acquire one class B share during the period from 4 September 2023 to 5 June 2024, inclusive.     Update regarding the IT attack

    As previously communicated, on October 30, Addtech was exposed to an extensive cyber crime, a so-called ransomware attack. The crime has been reported to the Swedish police. The recovery work is progressing according to plan. A new IT environment with further layers of security has been constructed. Systems and servers have been searched for malware, before implementation in the new environment.  As already stated, about 80 of Addtech’s 130 companies were affected by the attack, corresponding to approximately half of the group’s turnover.     Addtech has appointed Per Lundblad as Business Area Manager of Power Solutions, and Claus Nielsen as Business Area Manager of Industrial Process. Per Lundblad has most recently been Business Unit Manager within Power Solutions at Addtech and replaces Niklas Stenberg, who will from now on entirely focus on his role as President and CEO.     Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in GigaCom AB and GigaCom AS.The GigaCom companies are technology trading companies providing fiber optic components and systems on the Swedish and the Norwegian market. The companies range of products are based on established suppliers supplemented with own developed products. The GigaCom companies will very effectively complement Addtech's current fiber optic operations in the business unit MI Group. The companies has six employees and sales of around SEK 30 million.
