Addtech acquires INDAG Maschinenbau GmbH

Addtech Process Technology, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 90 % of the shares outstanding in INDAG Maschinenbau GmbH (“INDAG”).

INDAG produces and sells dynamic inline mixers to the process industry with a main focus on the food and chemical segments. INDAG has a strong niche position in an internationally growing market and the company's solutions are exported globally. The company is headquartered in Borsfleth, Germany, has 40 employees and annual sales of approximately EUR 5 million.

INDAG will complement the operations within business unit Process Systems in a very good way.

The current owner and Managing Director of INDAG, Mr Wilko Willuhn, will remain as minority shareholders with 10 percent of the shares in the company.

The closing takes place today and is estimated to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
