Addtech acquires Ko Hartog Verkeerstechniek B.V

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Ko Hartog Verkeerstechniek B.V.

Ko Hartog Verkeerstechniek develop, produce and sell traffic signal systems and other traffic safety equipment and offers assembling, installation, service and maintenance of the products. The Company´s main market is the Netherlands but with sales also in the UK. The Company has eighteen employees and annual sales of around 8 MEUR.

Ko Hartog Verkeerstechniek will very well complement and develop the operations in the business unit Energy Products focusing on products for public- and traffic safety and additionally add new valuable competence in the field of traffic safety, on a new market.

The closing will take effect today and is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
