Addtech acquires Thiim A/S

Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Thiim A/S.

Thiim develops and delivers components and solutions within the area of industrial communication, customized electronics and electro mechanics. The business is mainly focused on OEM-industry, automation and infrastructure.

Thiim will very effectively complement Addtech´s current operations in the business area Addtech Automation. The Company has 15 employees and sales of around DKK 50 million.

The closing will take place today and is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
