Addtech Repurchase of own shares

Addtech has on September 14, 2022, repurchased 74,000 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 155.295 and on September 15, 2022, repurchased 126,000 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 155.200.

The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 3,368,272 class B shares.

As of September 15, 2022, the total number of shares in Addtech AB amounts to 272,793,984, and the number of shares outstanding is 269,425,712.
